breakfast options many options tv system sound vision
The morning breakfast had so many options. It was very good!!!
The tv system wasn't working properly. It continually switched itself off, and the sound was not in sync with the vision. Annoying!!! i think surrounding hotels are much cheaper.

attentive staff efficient service friendly attitude
the restaurant staff was amazing! claudia and durgesh were so friendly, i loved it. claudia was attentive and efficient, she made sure everything was quick. elizabeth was energetic and always ready to help, so cheerful!
there weren't any slippers for me to use in the room which i think would have been nicer!

Solid Airport Hotel
professional staff convenient location
the staff were cute and professional. alian checked us in and he was fantastic. i enjoyed the ordered food and it was clean. location is convenient to the airport.
i arrived late afternoon. i was told the kitchen was closed for maintenance. they only had a limited menu of bar snacks. i was not told about the maintenance by email, so i could have made other plans.

the hotel is close to a bus stop. i used the bus as base for a trip to windsor. this occurred the day before i departed from heathrow, so its very handy.

breakfast area was great and the food was great too. i ordered other meals and the food tasted great. the bar had a good selection.

the front desk could improve its training. staff was very cute. alian provided a fantastic check in. every request was well handled, they went the extra mile.

Acceptable, but some issues noticed
slow check-in limited options
The check-in process was slow. A considerable amount of people were waiting. only two staff members were at reception. gluten-free options were very limited. Staff had little knowledge about allergies or cross-contamination. i was expecting more, especially regarding dietary requirements.

convenient airport stay!
terminal proximity nice selection friendly staff efficient room
the hotel's proximity to the terminal was quite handy! i used the train to hatton cross, followed by a quick walk. the breakfast offered a nice selection, it included hot items and pastries. the staff were friendly and always ready to help! i especially liked the room setup, it was efficient.
the prices in the shop felt a bit steep. i saw a snickers bar priced higher than i expected, it seemed a little much.

Breakfast had a varied menu with both hot and cold options. I really enjoyed it. the hotel's restaurant offered a wide array of choices, it caters to many tastes. the bar provides a great atmosphere.
